My name is Su-hyeon Kim. I am a 38th-generation descendant of the Uiseong Kim clan and a 16th-generation descendant of Doam Kim Hu, whose historic family home is Doam Head House.

Creating new value by connecting people, places, and travel

Onharu Co., Ltd. is a travel and space regeneration company rooted in Doam Head House, a designated National Folk Cultural Heritage. We are committed to preserving the value of traditional culture and connecting the region’s beautiful spaces and tourism resources with new travel experiences.

We work to make Doam Head House more than a place to stay. We hope it will become a living cultural space where visitors can experience history and culture and connect with one another. We also give vacant houses and underused spaces new purposes and stories, creating sustainable projects that bring vitality to the region.

By bringing together hanok stays, cultural events, traditional programs, and local tourism experiences, Onharu will share Andong’s treasured heritage and local character with visitors from Korea and abroad. We will also grow alongside local residents, small businesses, and tourism partners, contributing to the local economy and creating jobs

We believe in preserving tradition while reinterpreting it with a contemporary sensibility, and in bringing people and stories back to places that are fading from memory. This is the value Onharu strives to create.
